Description: Our farm raised, naturally smoked, salmon is a wonderful addition to the food service industry. We begin with only the finest Chilean Atlantic Salmon. The process starts with the perfect flavor of hand mixed herbs, sugar and spices to create our own brine. This traditional method creates a product unsurpassed in the industry. Our smoked salmon is rich in flavor and texture while at the same time keeping in mind the integrity of the traditional European smoke house.


Usage: Our smoked salmon is best served at room temperature. Toast points, bagels or crackers make an excellent accompaniment. Garnish with lemon, capers, chopped onions and fresh ground pepper.

Ingredients: Premium Atlantic Salmon, salt, sugar and natural oak-wood smoke.
