TROPICAL CHICKEN SALAD

Description: This refreshing salad combines dried tropical fruits, diced chicken breast, sweet coconut and crunchy almonds and macadamias in a light creamy dressing.

Usage: Serve on a bed of lettuce with fruit garnish, or for a more dramatic presentation, scoop it into a hollowed out cantaloupe half.

Ingredients: Chicken (water, salt, sodium phosphate), dressing (mayonnaise [soybean oil, egg yolk, water, vinegar, whole egg, high fructose corn syrup, salt, spices, calcium disodium EDTA, onion and garlic], vinegar, seasoning [corn syrup solids, food starch modified, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, sodium erythorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium phosphate, and disodium calcium EDTA], water, honey, sodium diacetate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), celery, dried mango (sugar, citric acid, sulfur dioxide), dried pineapple (sugar, sulfur dioxide), almonds, macadamia nuts, coconut, red onions, binding agents (corn starch, methyl cellulose, egg white powder, xanthan gum and guar gum), salt, parsley, black pepper, chicken stock (salt, spices).
