SHANGHAI CHICKEN MIX FOR LETTUCE WRAPS

Description: Based on a traditional Chinese recipe, this mix combines tasty chicken, green onions, crisp water chestnuts and diced mushrooms in a savory sauce with firm rice noodles.

Usage: Try the mix in the traditional way stuffed into chilled iceberg lettuce leaves, or use it as a filling for egg rolls, spring rolls, won tons or pot stickers, also good over rice.

Ingredients: Filling- Ricotta (Pasteurized whey milk and cream), Fontina Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes, Rennet, Salt) Swiss Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Pecorino Romano (Pasteurized Sheep’s Milk), Grana Padano Cheese (Milk), Potato Flakes (Potatoes, Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bisulfate, Citric Acid, Mixed Tocopherols), Soy Protein, Soybean Oil, Garlic, Basil, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Pasta: Durum Flour Enriched (Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Ac id, Water, Pasteurized Whole Eggs, Spinach Powder, Tomato Powder, Paprika, Beet Powder, Beta Carotene (Oloeoresincarrot, Dextrin, Lactose, Silicone Dioxide [not to exceed 2%] and BHT.
